Stuart F. Williams, DO is a graduate of University of North Texas/Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine (TCOM). He followed in his father’s footsteps who was also a D.O. After graduation, Dr. Williams served his country in the U.S. Army Medical Corps and completed his Family Practice Residency at Fort Benning, GA. After his Honorable Discharge as a Major, Dr. Williams returned to TCOM where he saw patients, as well as mentored and taught medical students. Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine was his favorite course and he completed a Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine/Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (NMM/OMM) residency while at UNTHSC. Dr. Williams became faculty in the Department of OMM at TCOM and has also served as Chair of OMM at VCOM Carolinas and Associate Professor at LUCOM before accepting the position of Chair of Osteopathic Principles and Practice at ARCOM. He was also recently promoted to full Professor. His passion is to impart his OMM skills to our next generation of Osteopathic physicians. He has a lovely wife, Marti, who is a Professor of Old Testament, as well as two spaniel dogs, Jacob and Levi. They love to entertain and have students at their home.
